I haven’t posted in a while, but I’ve still been drawing — here are some caricatures from the last few events that I liked

This is an improvised piano piece I recorded recently, called No Judgment, paired with some of my artwork. Lately I’ve been learning to let go of perfection and lean into presence—something my two little girls remind me of daily when they create without hesitation or fear of being “wrong.” Therapy, music, drawing, and even guitar lessons have all become ways of investing in myself and reconnecting with the kind of artist I dreamed of being when I was younger. Sharing this is part of using my voice more freely, and of remembering that getting lost in creation is often where we find ourselves most fully. The antidote to judgment is grace. And shout-out to Chase Adams and Valta for encouraging me to show up, even when I don’t always feel like it—it’s good to have friends like that around.

Deeply honored to have the chance to draw the future at IFA 2025. It was actually cool drawing people on paper and seeing how much of a craving for analog human interaction there was. The energy was alive—people genuinely excited about building what’s next. Lots of AI applications that looked useful, lots AI that looked forced, but overall a cool insider look into what’s to come.

Shouts out to someone I steal from all the time. I only found out about #albertuderzo in the past few years from 2 friends @thomashonermont and @schnellzeichnerroberto and I have to say, he’s one of the greats of European comic art. I’m a little ashamed to admit I didn’t know about earlier.

Drawing hands is a way to test your mind. Don’t let someone who isn’t good at drawing hands tell you that drawing hands are hard or isn’t fun.
